US Shipping Rates

Shoes on a Shoestring offers three shipping options within the United States:

FLAT $7.95 DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING RATE REGARDLESS OF ORDER SIZE!

Here at Shoes On a Shoestring, we want to take the guesswork out of the shipping process. When you come to our site, we offer you the best selection of discounted footwear anywhere! Since we don't build the cost of shipping into our shoes like other sites, we charge a flat $7.95 domestic shipping rate no matter how many shoes you order. Order one pair or twenty, the rate will still be $7.95!

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 Business Days but weather and other unforseeable events could delay it longer. (does not include processing time )

2-3 EXPRESS SHIPPING (Orders must be received before 2pm MST M-F to ship that day)

2-3 day shipping - $25 per order
Orders delivered within 2-3 business Days (does not include processing time)

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING (Orders must be received before 2pm MST M-F to ship that day)

Overnight shipping - $45 per order
Orders delivered overnight (does not include processing time)

Canadian Shipping Rates

FLAT $20 CANADIAN SHIPPING RATE REGARDLESS OF ORDER SIZE!

Because we are shipping from our warehouse in the United States to Canada, import fees still apply, and will vary depending on the province being shipped to. DO NOT REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE. If a package is refused, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the package to our warehouse.

International Shipping (Not Canada)

ShoesOnaShoestring.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA Shopping Cart. To complete the transaction, simply follow the instructions on the iShopUSA web site.

International customers may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries (including those regarding international shipping costs or timeframes) should be directed to iShopUSA's Customer Service Department.

iShopUSA ships to any location in the world that its shipping providers will service. Please keep in mind the items in the shipment must not be prohibited by embargo or national or international restrictions.

The following services are not available if you complete your order using iShopUSA:

Redemption of Gift Cards

Please note:

1. When you place your order, it will be delivered to the “SHIP TO:” address that you specify during check out. It is your responsibility to be available to receive the package when it is delivered. If you are not present at the time of delivery, it will be left at your doorstep. If this is not acceptable, please change the “SHIP TO:” to a location (preferably a commercial location) where someone will be present to receive it. Shoes On A Shoestring will not be responsible for shipments delivered to the “SHIP TO:” address when no-one is available to receive it.

2. Orders consisting of more than one brand will likely arrive at their destination over multiple days due to varied processing times. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email of the expected delay or provide you with other options.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday though Friday 7am - 3pm MST. If we receive your order before 2pm MST on a given day, it will be shipped that same day. If we receive your order after 2pm MST, it will processed on the next available day of operation barring a federal holiday. The list of federal holidays are as follows:

110% Price Guarantee

If you find the item you purchased from Shoes on a Shoestring is priced lower somewhere else, we will refund 110% of the difference between the lower price and our price.

The rules:

The item must be exactly the same as purchased from us (e.g.. same brand, style name, color, size, ect.).
Taxes & shipping charges will be included when calculating the difference if applicable.
If compared from another web site, it cannot be an auction site.
Offer is valid for 10 days after your purchase.

The process:

Fill out form and fax back to 505-897-0330

Once your lower price is validated we will issue a credit to the same form of payment as the original purchase

Returns Policy

We guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund.

• All items must be in the condition you received them with all tags attached and in the original box.
• If you send used shoes to us we reserve the right to send them back to you at your own cost or dispose of them.
• Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the product plus any taxes charged. This credit will not include any original
shipping charges. Your credit will appear after Shoes on a Shoestring has received and processed your returned item through our
return procedure.
• We cannot guarantee how long it will take for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. Credit card companies vary on the
time it takes for a credit to appear on their customer records. Please contact your credit card company for details.

Yellow Tag Clearance

At the first of every month we begin a “markdown” process on selected items called Yellow tag clearance . This procedure starts a discounting process that will lower the price of this item at the first of every month until the item is gone. This means if you want to “wait it out” the price continually drops. However, the risk is whether the item will still be there when the scheduled price drop takes place. Our local brick & mortar customers LOVE this game & we hope you will too. Have fun!

No we do not sell wholesale to another store under any circumstances.
